I remember last year when we had to wait so long for the cover reveal for Stalking Jack the Ripper and how the release kept getting delayed, but not this year! I love everything about this cover, especially how the buildings are within the skirt of the dress. It's just brilliant!
I am so freaking excited for this firey sequel to Frostblood, and the cover has only made my waiting way more difficult.

This cover has only been recently released and I am flipping out! Look how gorgeous it is! I'm so excited to continue on with the series and to see what happens to these beloved characters.

It's no secret that I'm in love with the cover of Flame in the Mist. I have been obsessed with this cover ever since it was released and I'm so excited to share my thoughts with all of you about this book soon!
This cover reminds me of classic fairy-tale books, combined with the design of Russian jewelry boxes. I really hope that the final version of this is really shiny because I can just imagine the gold lettering and figures glowing against the dark cover . . . *flails*
Everything about this book just makes you want to flail and swoon. This beautiful cover is a perfect wrap for an equally gorgeous inside.

ReplyDeleteAs for beautiful covers, there are so many great ones this year. You touched on a lot of my favorites, but I want to add just a few more: Forest of a Thousand Lanterns, An Enchantment of Ravens, Mask of Shadows, Godblind, and The White Road of the Moon. :)
I'm really excited for Forest of a Thousand Lanterns! It's one of my most anticipated books of the year. I've heard amazing things about Mask of Shadows and I'll look into the others you mentioned. I'm horrible with titles and names in general, so it's possible I've heard about them and/or they're on my TBR already and I just don't remember. DeleteI'm so excited to read Strange the Dreamer! After reading the synopsis here finally- I understand the title better. I absolutely love both the US and UK covers. I have hardback The Daughter of Smoke and Bone boxed set sitting on top of my bookshelf waiting for me to binge the series. I'm trying to catch up with popular series I haven't rear this year and that's at the top of my list. Thanks so much to you and Little Brown for having the giveaway! ReplyDeleteI'm super excited for Strange the Dreamer but I might end up listening to the audio book for it since I had a hard time reading Daughter of Smoke & Bone when it was release but I really loved the book at the time so I might try to go back to the series again.
ReplyDeleteI think that's how I'm going to read these books too! Audiobooks make it easier to get through slower parts of books in my opinion.
DeleteI haven't had the time to read Strange the Dreamer yet, but I need to do it soon. And the cover's so pretty. I think my favorite cover right now is the one for Odd & True by Cat Winters. It's creepy and beautiful. I also really like the cover for ACOWAR. :)
